Led by Chris Biesanz, Foss leverages extensive experience across acquisitions, development, and fund management. The Foss team has closed deals across all major asset classes as small as $1 million, single assets as large as $1 billion, and portfolio acquisitions as large as $3 billion.


The team has managed funds for fund managers ranging from $10 million to $1 billion of equity under management. The Foss team strives to bring institutional expertise and processes to entrepreneurial sponsors.
