From initial underwriting to deal closing, we provide best-in-class modeling and serve as an extension of your deal team. We strive to not only provide models, but also discussion and thought around how to optimize the performance of your deals.
Asset Management Modeling
Once you close your deal, we provide the following ongoing modeling services: updating models for actual activity as it occurs, reforecasting based on changing business plans, and building refinance and sale models as needed during a deal's life. We provide transparency to sponsors and help you know in real time what the impact is of the decisions you make.
Capital Markets
We have partnered with best-in-class capital markets teams for debt, equity, and other sources of capital. By utilizing the Foss suite of underwriting and capital markets services, you get a seamless transition from concept to execution and get real time feedback from the capital markets during the early days of underwriting, helping eliminate surprises at the closing table.
Fund Management
Rather than hiring an in-house fund management team, we allow you to focus on getting deals done rather than the day-to-day management and operations of your fund. We act as a liaison between the sponsor and all fund service providers to ensure smooth coordination among all processes.

Founded by Chris Biesanz, Foss leverages extensive experience across acquisitions, development, and fund management. The Foss team has closed deals across all major asset classes as small as $1 million, single assets as large as $1 billion, and portfolio acquisitions as large as $3 billion.
The team has managed funds for fund managers ranging from $10 million to $1 billion of equity under management. The Foss team strives to bring institutional expertise and processes to entrepreneurial sponsors.

Prior to Foss, Zach executed the ARGUS Enterprise project work for clients on office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects ranging from $10 million to $3 billion.
